All greetings are hand drawn and hand painted and are usually 4 foot tall by 2 foot wide unless marked differently. If paying online it will be
$18 for 1 day rental-you pick up & return
$23 for 2 day rental- you pick up & return
$28 for 3 day rental- includes message board if available-you pick up & return
If paying with cash or check, through the mail, it will be
$15 for 1 day rental-you pick up & return
$20 for 2 day rental- you pick up & return
$25 for 3 day rental- includes message board if available-you pick up & return
Payment should be made out to Michelle Oaks Washburn Vassar,Mi 48768
Deliver & pick up charges are extra and will depend on your location.
We are just North of M-46.
If you are located within 10 miles the delivery charge will be $10 extra
Delivery for up to 20 miles will be $20 extra
There will be a fee for insufficient fund checks.
To make arrangements to pick up the lawn greeting you need to call

You MUST make arrangements before you can pick up the greeting.
Leave a detailed message including which lawn greeting, when you need it and a phone number for us to get back with you.
If you can't find what you are looking for- ask. If we think it may be something that others would be interested in renting we may make it available.If not, we could make it for you to buy rather than rent.We also have holiday displays to be purchased for the upcoming holidays and the different seasons throughout the year.
